Estate Planning Consultation
During your estate planning consultation, we will review and discuss your personal situation in order to develop a customized plan to protect your assets and ensure that your wishes are carried out after you pass.

Initial Appointment
We help you identify concerns, risks, and opportunities that are before you. We then discuss the various services that we offer to help you mitigate risks, lower taxes, and ensure a simplified estate procedure upon your passing.
Review Your Personal Situation: We will ask about your family status, business ownership, real estate owned, and which beneficiaries you wish to include in your estate plan.
Discussion of Your Wishes: We ask about your wishes for the transfer of your assets after you pass. This includes making decisions about who will be responsible for managing your estate, how your assets will be distributed, and any specific instructions you may have.
Assessment of Potential Risks: We will identify potential risks and threats to your estate, such as taxes, fees, creditor claims, and other legal issues. We then work with you to develop strategies to minimize these risks and protect your assets, to ensure that most of your assets go to your loved ones, not to fees and expenses.
Discuss Options and Select a Plan: There are many ways to create an Estate Plan, and there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. We talk about which option is the best fit for you, based on your wishes and desires.
Length of Meeting
The time spent in this appointment is dependent upon your wishes and desires, and we strive to meet all our clients’ goals.
Some appointments are brief, when clients have everything thought through and are ready to proceed, lasting fifteen to thirty minutes.
Other appointments are longer, when clients are unsure about the best path to take, or have questions about personal situations. These appointments may take up to an hour.
